Why do some items have no image and/or description?

We are in the process of updating item images and descriptions.

Why are there more items offered in store and not online? And Why is there some differences in prices from online to in store? We work with 100's of vendors and some products they cannot ship direct for us.  The different prices take into account the need to combine or break open cases to complete your order

When will my order ship?  

All orders are drop shipped from the manufacturer which can take up to two business days for processing unless otherwise noted in the item description.  Exceptions might occur during rush holiday periods or if there is a problem getting a correct authorization with the credit card used to place the order.  You will be notified of any problems.

How will my order be shipped and how long will it take?  

We ship USPS or UPS Ground Freight (usually arrives to you within 5 days after the manufacturer ships) This is the only option offered at this time.

Why can'€™t I ship my returns back?

We work with many vendors to have the items drop shipped to your location and they are not equipped to return the items.

What'€™s the quickest way to find what I'€™m looking for?  

Use the search field at the top of each page and enter key words like €œBatman costume's€ or €œMinnie Mouse€ and click the €œSEARCH€ button. 2. Visit our Product Finder. There, you can enter key words as well as the type of party or product you are looking for, to help narrow down your search.

Which forms of payment do you accept?

For all online orders we accept major credit cards: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
